Full body massage including back, arms, hands, legs, feet, neck, shoulders, head and face, which may be altered as intuitively guided or at the clients request. Benefits include better sleep, reduced stress and anxiety, grounding, calming, flexibility and reduced body pain. Carefully selected aromatherapy oils are used from the Sagrada Wellbeing range to create a sensory experience, along with the sounds of solfeggio frequencies.
