Gather, receive and connect in circle - exploring seasonal transitions, astrological phenomena, the feminine archetypes and to be present with yourself, while being held in community. Based on the medicine wheel, we will create an altar together, and set personal intentions together, creating a visual expression, to invoke and journey with. Feelings and observations are welcome, but we let go of excessive chatter or 'stories' that keep us locked in the mind, giving space for themes to arise and set the direction for our session to flow organically. A typical circle may include offerings such as - guided meditation - embodiment exercises - sensory experience such as sound, aromatherapy and herbal tea - card readings - somatic and energy work Sessions are around 90 mins and are open to all women regardless of experience in circle. Come with an open heart and an open mind. Please bring: *Item for the altar (you get this back at the end) *Journal and pen *Water bottle *Blanket or cushion if required Payment options: Payments can be made electronically at the time of booking or in cash on the night We do not offer bank transfer or eftpos For cash payments, use the 'pay manually' option to avoid paying at time of booking. If you are experiencing financial hardship, please do not let this prevent you from attending, contact me to arrange a different type of energy exchange. Cancellation policy: Bookings are non-refundable. If you cancel within 3 days of an event, your booking can be transferred to the next event. Only one transfer per booking.
