This is a one on one guided journey, connecting with nature and your inner self. Meet the energies of the land and find answers within - This experience can be life changing. Experience includes: - Initial consultation a week before - Cacao ceremony - Sensory experience including aromatherapy, taste, touch, nature sounds and beauty - Guided healing and reiki - Forest bathing - Personalised attention of experienced shamanic guide - Hot meal at the end - Follow consultation a week after Benefits may include Finding your internal compass and exploring your internal landscape, meeting your power animal, healing and clearing old patterns, self connection and feeling held and connected with nature. Please bring, Layers for all weather, Backpack , Water bottle, Jandals, Journal and pen. Time frame is approx 4-5 hours. Preparation: Clean diet for a week in advance - no substances or alcohol.
